How do recipients choose without seeing prices?
+The sender sets a budget upfront and curates a shortlist of gifts within that range. The recipient sees a beautifully presented menu — items, photos, descriptions, vendor — but never a dollar amount. They pick what they love, not what they can afford.
What happens if a recipient doesn't redeem their voucher?
+Vouchers are valid for a minimum of 12 months per Ontario's Gift Cards Act 2009. If a recipient never redeems, we issue the original sender a credit toward a future gift — you owe nothing. You only deliver experiences that are actually booked.
What happens if a recipient never claims their gift?
+If a recipient doesn't claim within the window, we issue the original sender a credit toward a future gift — you owe nothing. You only ship orders that are actually placed. Zero inventory risk on your side.
How and when do I get paid?
+Direct deposit, within 14 days of confirmed delivery. You'll receive a clean monthly remittance statement listing every order, the gross sale, our commission, processing fees, and the net amount paid. Full transparency.
Do I need to change my existing sales channels?
+Not at all. GiftMenu is purely incremental. Keep your website, your retail partners, your other marketplaces. We're an additional channel that brings you customers you wouldn't otherwise reach.
What if I want to leave the platform?
+Give us 30 days' notice and you're out. We'll stop listing your products immediately and process any open orders. No exit fee, no contract penalty, no data lock-in. We earn your business every month.
Who pays for shipping?
+Shipping is built into the listed price the sender pays. You're paid the listing price minus our commission and processing fees — covering both your product and shipping cost. You ship using your preferred carrier.
Who manages the booking calendar?
+You do, 100%. Recipients receive a voucher code and contact you directly to reserve a date. Use your existing booking system, calendar, email — whatever already works for you. We don't get in the middle of your scheduling.
